We’re pretty lucky to be living in SoCal. We’ve got the desert, barn-looking areas, the mountains in some places (is Temecula considered mountainous?) but we’ve got the San Bernardino mountains and the Los Angeles National Forest, we’ve got some gorgeous beaches, anyway it is so versatile. So the point I keep missing; here are my favorite and therefore the best wedding venues in Southern California! I’m biased as hell but if we’ve got the same taste, this list will help you narrow down “the one.”
Pioneertown SoundStage; for a barn-like feeling
I looked for a link for you to direct you to where to book this but I’m sorry I failed. Who knew it’d be so hard to find this! But I know brides don’t let anyone stop them so if you love this venue, look for that link! And when you find it, can you pass it on to me?
The bride and groom and their bridesmaids and groomsmen got ready in their own airbnb’s down the road of this venue. I love the feel of this area. There were horses that casually passed by during the ceremony. It’s like a flashback to the rodeo times. If you’re interested in checking out this wedding’s gallery, click here!
Wolf Feather Honey Farm; for the vintage wedding of your dreams
I love this place with all my heart and would come back here over and over and over again! The owners are so down to Earth and beautiful human beings. They dreamt this place up, as I’m sure a gazillion other people have done but the difference is that they brought it to life! Vintage and antique everythingggg!

Sacred Mountain Julian; ranch feels with outdoor ceremony location
Sacred Mountain Julian is a special and quaint location perfect for any wedding day! The outdoor ceremony is simple and beautiful and becomes the perfect spot for bridals afterwards!
Carondelet House; the moodiest, most beautiful indoor venue in Downtown Los Angeles
South Coast Botanic Garden; dreamland nature venue
It’s no surprise that I am in love with nature and greenery. I arrived at the ceremony extra early and sat and listened to the birds chirping, and felt the wind blowing. This fresh air pocket in the nook of Los Angeles felt like a total dream venue. The couple only had their ceremony here and then we went into the desert garden for some bridal portraits, the whole thing but was beautiful.

The Harper; for the classy and romantic
Here’s a venue that’s fairly new. It is such a sweet place and well, it’s so dang cool you guys. There are so many mirrors in the reception area, the outdoor ceremony location is beautiful, and the groom and bride getting-ready rooms are so freaking cute and have their own pair of vibes. A faux library door separates the rooms! You can see that door in the groom’s getting ready room.
If you found THE one via this list, or not, and want your wedding photographed by me, well whatta are you waiting for?! Let’s talk!!
